Performance Improvement Project
Project D - Perfomance Improvement aims to assist Design, Construction, and Operation (DCO) organisations in assessing and developing their digital capabilities. The project will deliver technology-focused frameworks, organisational strategies, implementation guides, assessment metrics and performance improvement microtools.
Microprojects
Project D complements Project C (which focuses on individual competency) and similarly includs microprojects of two main types:
- Type 1 microprojects are intended to develop and continually expand concepual structures, taxonomies and indices related to performance assessment and improvement. These are typically published as peer-reviewed journals or through BIMthinkSpace pages and BIM Framework posts.
- Type 2 microprojects apply these concepts to deliver performance improvement templates and microtools.
